Financial Analyst (Operations / Client Service) | Entry-Level

Location: SLC, UT

Comp: $47-56K/year

We are working with a prominent financial services organization to find a dedicated Financial Analyst to join their operations team in Salt Lake City, UT. The operations team plays a critical role in risk management and process control, ensuring seamless execution across all transactions, new products, and market activities.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is highly motivated professional with strong teamwork, organizational, technical, communication, and risk management skills. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in financial markets and products and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop a strong foundation in the trade lifecycle and operations of RIA-initiated investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and retirement products.

  • Collaborate with experienced professionals in brokerage, execution, and client service to deliver exceptional support while managing risk exposure.

  • Work closely with business and risk teams to drive growth while maintaining strong risk and control measures for investment products.

  • Strengthen your multitasking and attention to detail skills by managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

  • Contribute to process improvements by exploring new tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree

  • Enthusiastic team player with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Passion for financial markets and investment products, with a willingness to develop expertise in a fast-paced, challenging setting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and explain complex concepts to diverse teams.

  • Proactive and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities while taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
