Co Pack Equipment Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Shift Information: TRAINING SCHEDULE: 7am-3pm Mon-Fri. REGULAR SCHEDULE: Monday through Wednesday 5:30pm - 5:30am; Thursday 5:30pm - 9:30pm What You'll Do Machine Support & Operations Assist with machine troubleshooting and collaborate with operators to improve technical knowledge. Support trial work for new equipment, parts, and product SKUs. Partner with Maintenance, PCT, and E&I teams when issues require escalation. Create and maintain machine recipe settings for production. Serve as a machine operator as needed. Be available across shifts for machine-related needs. Trial & Validation Activities Participate in all trial and validation work for co-pack work centers. Coordinate with supporting departments for new item setup, validation, and trial requirements. Track and maintain trial documentation for future reference. Assist with onboarding new equipment, including FAT and first-run testing (occasional travel possible). Preventative Maintenance (PM) Support PM activities and documentation (electronic and paper). Backup scheduling and tracking of PM dates and requirements. Record and report PM findings and follow-up actions. Training & Technical Support Act as a technical resource for new and existing associates on co-pack equipment. Help maintain training materials for machine operation and troubleshooting. Adjust training schedules as needed across all shifts. Assist with technical onboarding of new talent. Perform other jobrelated tasks as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of machine operator experience (or equivalent). Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office for tracking and data analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse team. Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving abilities. Ability to multi-task and follow established procedures. Experience with JDE, DocuShare, or machine recipe entry is a plus. Physical Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting. Occasional lifting (10-50 lbs), squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, driving, and forklift operation. Must be able to perform job functions within a manufacturing plant environment.
