Finance Intern | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE

We are looking for Finance Intern to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY. This position will last for the entirety of the Buffalo Bills Season. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.

• Manage Data Entry and Record Keeping processes

• Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.

• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• At time of apply, must be a current student enrolled in an accredited college or university or have graduated within the past 6 months.

• Pursuing or recently completed coursework in Finance, Operations, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Business, or related field.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

• Ability to work every single scheduled event day

• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

COMPENSATION Competitive salary starting at $18/hour commensurate with experience.

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.

• Prolonged periods of sitting.
