Outside Recovery Associate

Build Your Career with Rural King Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to support customer loadouts, outdoor merchandising, freight, and store appearance while providing excellent customer service. Related Job Titles Outside Recovery Associate . Loadout Associate . Yard Associate . Outdoor Retail Associate ## Responsibilities What You'll Do 1. Safely load customer purchases into vehicles and complete load out tickets. 2. Maintain outdoor merchandise according to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide. 3. Price, zone, and replenish merchandise in load lanes, nurseries, bullpens, and other outdoor areas. 4. Assist with unloading delivery trucks and moving merchandise. 5. Maintain clean and organized parking lots, cart corrals, sidewalks, and outdoor areas. 6. Collect and return shopping carts. 7. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, handheld scanners, and other retail equipment. 8. Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed. 9. Demonstrate Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement. 10. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For 1. Retail, customer service, warehouse, or related experience preferred. 2. Strong customer service and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 4. Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, and retail equipment. 5. Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn. ## Qualifications Physical Requirements 1. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 2. Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 30-50 pounds repetitively. 3. Ability to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and ladder. 4. Ability to work outdoors and navigate all required store areas. 5. Ability to communicate effectively in person and using handheld devices. 6. Close vision required for computer-related activities. The pay range for this position is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
