  • Partner with Field Marketing and regional teams to ensure effective campaign localization and seamless alignment with local sales priorities.

  • Collaborate with Analytics and MarTech to track asset efficacy, measure full-funnel performance, and continuously optimize campaign outcomes.

  • Oversee content tiering governance to ensure core Tier 1 assets remain high-leverage and aligned with global standards.

  • Champion AI-forward workflows and context-layer asset management to accelerate campaign operations and asset governance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of directly managing, mentoring, and developing teams of senior individual contributors and managers.

  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling cross-functional operating models within complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.

  • Strong fluency across full-funnel analytics, multi-touch attribution, account-based marketing (ABM), and product-led growth (PLG) signals.

  • Deep experience establishing SLA handoffs, brief templates, and governance frameworks with peer groups like Product Marketing or Sales.

  • Growth-oriented mindset with exceptional executive communication skills and a forward-looking, solution-driven approach to complex problems.

  • Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or the construction industry is highly preferred.
