Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Application & Systems Administrator with experience supporting enterprise applications and systems. This role will be responsible for application administration, incident and ticket management, vendor coordination, and supporting business-critical platforms across IT and operational environments.

Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hr

Skills and Requirements

5–7 years of experience in system administration, application administration, or a similar IT role. Experience supporting enterprise applications in a Windows environment. Experience with incident management and ticket management, preferably using ServiceNow. Working knowledge of Python, C#, and .NET. Experience working with internal technical teams and external vendors. Basic understanding of networking concepts. Understanding of the relationship between IT and OT environments. SQL skills, including querying, troubleshooting, and scripting. Experience supporting IT applications within a manufacturing environment. Experience with AWS and/or Azure. Experience with PTC cloud technologies. Experience supporting or administering ERP platforms, particularly IFS Cloud. Experience with Windchill or other PTC applications. Experience supporting an ERP or application migration to a cloud environment.
