How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Provide data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence support for the Customer Engagement Center and related business functions by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and operational data solutions. Work with data from multiple systems and sources, including SQL-based environments, Power BI connections and other approved business and cloud-based data platforms. Deliver actionable insights, support performance measurement and decision-making, collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, and leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to improve business visibility, efficiency, and outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improvedashboards, reports, visualizations, analytics workflows, and business insightsolutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and other approved technologies tosupport operational decision-making and business performance.

  2. Design, optimize and support SQL queries, data models,reporting infrastructure, and dashboard connections while ensuring dataintegrity, report accuracy, and reliable performance of analytics solutions.

  3. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, definereporting needs, and translate business and operational priorities intopractical analytics and reporting solutions aligned with established projectobjectives.

  4. Analyze data from multiple business systems and datasources, including cloud-based platforms such as AWS, to identify trends,generate insights, and support process improvement initiatives.

  5. Prepare and support OPSCenter payroll processing; including,but not limited to, corrective adjustments, incentive payouts, and employeewage rate updates.

  6. Provide user support, troubleshooting, testing,implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement for reporting,analytics, and business intelligence tools.

  7. Participate in multi-functional efforts to improve reportingquality, data visibility, process efficiency, and operational decision support.

  8. Support the evaluation, implementation, adoption,validation, and monitoring of AI-enabled analytics solutions, includingpredictive analytics, anomaly detection, natural language querying, andgenerative AI capabilities, ensuring outputs are accurate, reliable and alignedwith business objectives.

HIGHACCOUNTABILITY FUNCTIONS

  1. Lead the development, enhancement, and long-term strategyfor reporting, visualization, and analytics solutions that support CECperformance, operational effectiveness and business decision-making.

  2. Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders todefine reporting priorities, evaluate business challenges, and providedata-driven recommendations that influence operational and strategic decisions.

  3. Serve as the SME for reporting governance, data integrity,metric standardization, and analytics best practices, ensuring accurate,reliable and actional business intelligence.

  4. Drive complex cross-functional initiatives that leverageanalytics, automation, and business intelligence capabilities to improveoperational efficiency, user experience, employee productivity and overallbusiness performance.

  5. Own the evaluation, implementation, and optimization ofAI-enabled analytics, automation, forecasting and predictive insightscapabilities to enhance business performance and decision support.

  1. Regularly evaluate processes, data workflows, and reportingoutputs and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and userexperience.

  2. Attend and participate in meetings related to assignedresponsibilities, projects, and operational support activities.

  3. Generate, analyze, and distribute reports related toassigned responsibilities.

  4. Comply with all corporate and departmental policies,procedures, and applicable governmental regulations.

  5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned,including cross-utilization within the department or in support of otherdepartments, as business needs require.

  6. Stay informed on emerging analytics, business intelligence,automation, and artificial intelligence technologies and recommend practicalapplications to support business objectives and operational efficiency.

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

$50,638 - $81,712

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university;or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education andexperience required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence,reporting, analytics, data visualization or related disciplines required.

  • Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, Power BI, anddashboard/report development required.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with multiple data sources,including SQL-based environments, cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, MicrosoftFabric, or similar) and related data connection methods preferred.

  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, predictiveanalytics, generative AI, and automation technologies, including the ability toevaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business value.

  • Experience gathering business requirements, validatingstakeholder needs, analyzing operational data, identifying trends, anddelivering data-driven insights to support business decision-making required.

  • Knowledge of data validation, reporting accuracy, anddashboard outputs preferred.

  • Experience with workflow or automation tools such asPower Automate preferred.

  • Knowledge of DLV programs, policies, procedures, andreservations systems preferred.

  • Prior experience writing technical or businessdocumentation preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, generative AItools, Microsoft Copilot, predictive analytics, machine learning concepts, ornatural language query technologies preferred.

  • Experience with programming or data analysis tools suchas Python or R preferred; knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS orJavaScript is a plus.

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to workin the United States.
