ABOUT THE POSITION Position Title: Senior Branch Member Account Specialist Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by building meaningful relationships and providing personalized financial support. In this role, you are more than a transactional resource-you are a trusted partner helping members navigate important financial decisions, from opening accounts to accessing lending solutions and improving their overall financial wellness.We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success, including operational processes and member service excellence. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, or financial services, this role offers the opportunity to grow a long-term career in banking while making a tangible impact on the lives of members in the Endicott community.Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM to 12:30PM.Compensation Range: $21.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.
