We specialize in personalized in-home care to help our clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Our mission is simple - to improve more lives!
We are currently hiring for an Administrative Office Manager to join our team in Franklin, TN. This is an in-office position.
Position: Administrative Office Manager
The Administrative Office Manager will support our CEO and executive leadership team while helping manage the day-to-day administrative needs of our headquarters office.
Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Manage calendars, scheduling, and meetings for the CEO and executive team.

Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist with follow-up items.

Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents.

Office Management: Manage office supplies, vendors, and general office needs.

Travel Coordination: Assist with executive travel arrangements and logistics as needed.

Executive Support: Assist the CEO and executive team with projects and day-to-day administrative needs.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Other Duties: As assigned.
Requirements

Previous experience providing administrative support to a CEO, C-suite, or senior executive team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Professional, dependable, and able to exercise discretion with confidential information.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Must be able to work in-office in Franklin, TN.
- Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 / Yr
