Full job description

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support an AI-enabled field operations organization within a global pharmaceutical company. This individual will initially lead a strategic “Barriers” initiative that brings together capabilities and deliverables from multiple AI-enabled products. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating the interplay between multiple products and teams, managing broad stakeholder alignment, and driving the organizational change required for successful adoption. The organization has strong technical resources in place, so this role does not require a deeply technical program manager. Instead, the ideal candidate will bring strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge, relationship management skills, change management experience, and the ability to influence both business leaders and end users. The initial focus will be the Barriers initiative, but the role is expected to expand into a broader portfolio or program management position as the individual develops an understanding of the organization's AI-enabled field capabilities.

Skills and Requirements

  • Senior-level program management experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple products, teams, and stakeholder groups
  • Strong organizational change management experience, particularly driving adoption of new tools, processes, or technology
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building, facilitation, and executive communication skills
  • Experience aligning cross-functional teams around shared priorities, decisions, deliverables, and business outcomes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high-level view of the overall program
  • Comfortable working within an AI-enabled environment and personally adopting AI tools
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Experience supporting specialty pharmaceutical products
  • Experience within an injectable product environment
  • Previous experience supporting field sales, field operations, commercial operations, or sales enablement teams
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled tools within a regulated organization
  • Familiarity with voice recording, post-call documentation, next-best-action, orchestration, or field coaching solutions
  • Experience moving from an individual project management assignment into a broader portfolio or program management role
  • Previous experience working in or supporting a large global pharmaceutical organization
