Desktop Support Analyst (Contract)

What You'll Do

• Image, configure, and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune or similar tools.

• Provide support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.

• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other end-user hardware.

• Resolve Service Desk tickets and deliver excellent customer support.

What We're Looking For

• Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk experience.

• Experience with endpoint imaging and device provisioning.

• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• No on-call responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Greenville, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
