Projects may begin with a utility bill that doesn't look right, an inefficient piece of equipment, an opportunity to take advantage of an incentive, or a new technology worth evaluating. An Energy Associate will be expected to investigate the issue, develop a practical solution, coordinate the necessary resources, and see the project through to completion. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between data analysis, technical research, vendor conversations, and hands-on problem-solving.
