Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Plant Manager based in Reamstown, PA. The Plant Manager is a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving operational excellence across all the manufacturing functions within a vertically integrated, high-mix/low-volume production environment. This role oversees end-to-end operations including production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement for the Reamstown Plant. The Plant Manager will lead the site towards world-class operational performance, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and innovation. HIRING SALARY RANGE:Base Salary$175,000 - $195,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)**Plus a generous Short Term Incentive and Long Term Incentive Bonus.**Please visit our career site for more information on benefits. What you will do 1. Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth targets 2. Lead daily operations across the entire vertically integrated manufacturing value stream (machining, fabrication, assembly, finishing, testing, etc.) 3. Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance 4. Champion a culture of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the operation and lead safety initiatives across the site 5. Lead through influence, mentoring and developing a high-performing operational leadership team while championing lean principles across a matrixed manufacturing operation What we require 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or a related field and 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 of those years at a senior/executive level 2. Deep knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other manufacturing methodologies with a strong understanding of complex manufacturing processes, automation, and production planning 3. Experience in SOP planning, supply chain and purchasing and knowledge of ERP systems and integration with strong SAP proficiency 4. Strong knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), including product launches, phase-ins, and refreshes throughout the product lifecycle 5. Background in business transformation/change management and process re-engineering 6. Ability to travel up to 30% What we prefer 1. MBA or master's 2.
