Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring Manual Manual Grinder Starting pay range of $26.00-$30.00/hour KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Set up manual grinder machinery. - Operate manual grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines. - Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary. - Move completed material to next workstation. - Maintain clean and safe work environment. - Daily verbal communication with employees regarding work schedules and jobs. Written and verbal communication with management as needed. - Work independently and as a team member. Education & Experience - One year certificate from college or technical school preferred. - Minimum experience required is 1-3 years Specific Skills& Knowledge: - Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions. - Mechanically inclined with strong math skills. - Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds. - Must be able to set up the grinder - Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course. - Must be able to hold tolerances of +/- .0002. - Knowledge of a Cincinnati manual grinder a plus.
