Job Description
Our client is seeking a Home Equity & Vehicle Titling Specialist to support a variety of loan servicing and vehicle titling functions. This position is primarily responsible for processing vehicle titles, supporting home equity loan and line activity, and working directly with government agencies and third parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with banking, credit union, loan servicing, mortgage, or administrative experience who is eager to learn and grow within a financial services environment. The pay rate for this role is $20-25hr depending on years of experience.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous banking, credit union, mortgage, loan servicing, or financial services experience preferred.
- Experience with vehicle titling, lien recording, home equity loans, or mortgage-related processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.
- Strong basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
