What You'll Do

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.

  • Drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency and controlling expenses.

  • Create a positive, supportive workplace that encourages employee engagement and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.

  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals.

  • Oversee cash handling, reporting, equipment maintenance, and restaurant operations.

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience.
