Position Summary The Production Manager oversees all cheese manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, product quality, food safety requirements, and cost objectives are achieved. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Manage daily cheese production operations - Meet production schedules and quality standards - Lead and develop production teams - Ensure GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance - Monitor KPIs and process improvements Qualifications Food manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in dairy or cheese production. Key Performance Indicators Production efficiency, quality, safety, labor utilization, yield improvement, and on-time completion.
