Your Recipe for Impact — What You’ll Do As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will help drive business decisions through workforce insights, people analytics, and process excellence. In this role, you'll transform workforce data into meaningful recommendations, lead projects that improve the employee experience, and partner across the organization to strengthen how we attract, retain, develop, and support our people. By delivering data-driven solutions and scalable HR processes, you'll help Make a Difference through business impact, Serve with Heart by supporting team members and leaders, Win as One through cross-functional collaboration, and Move Forward Boldly by driving continuous improvement and innovation across HR.

Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities As a Human Resources Business Partner you will:

  • Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable business insights.
  • Track key metrics including headcount, turnover, staffing, and time-to-fill.
  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and talent strategies.
  • Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations matters and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Lead HR projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct workforce research, benchmarking, and organizational assessments.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across HR operations.
  • Standardize workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, reporting integrity, and process documentation.
  • Support employee lifecycle programs and workforce initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leaders.
  • Execute HR programs, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.

What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience As a Human Resources Business Partner, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience analyzing HR, workforce, or business data.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent management processes.
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify trends and translate findings into practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.

Extra Toppings — Desired Experience As a Human Resources Business Partner we prefer you to have:

  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience with workforce analytics and people reporting.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizing HR metrics.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement or workforce surveys.
  • Experience conducting benchmarking and organizational research.
  • Experience working in a multi-unit, retail, restaurant, or service-driven environment.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional business leaders.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, reporting platforms, and workflow automation tools.

Where & How You’ll Work This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on‑site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. In this role, you’ll have strong collaboration with leadership, across cross-functional teams, and with external partners to align capabilities with restaurant realities. The work environment is fast‑paced and requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
