Spartronics is seeking a Site General Manager to take the helm of our Williamsport, PA facility-a critical hub serving top-tier Aerospace & Defense customers. This role isn't just about running a facility-it's about owning the entire P&L, empowering a cross-functional team, and shaping the future of a growing electronics manufacturing site. With 100,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, two shifts, and 260 skilled employees, you'll lead a site with massive potential-and the backing of a strong, values-driven organization. What You'll Own & Drive 1. Total Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Program Management. 2. P&L Accountability: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximize profitability. 3. Customer Focus: Serve as the face of the site for key Aerospace & Defense customers-ensuring their expectations are exceeded through strong execution and communication. 4. Operational Excellence: Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to streamline processes, improve KPIs, and elevate performance. 5. Strategic Execution: Align day-to-day execution with broader corporate goals and customer commitments. 6. Compliance & Quality: Ensure world-class quality and regulatory compliance (AS9100, ITAR, ISO, etc.). 7. Team Development: Attract, retain, and grow a strong leadership bench with a performance- and values-based culture. Cross-Site Leadership: Collaborate with other Site GMs and functional teams to drive best practices across Spartronics. Requirements What You Bring- 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2. 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing. 3. Proven success in managing full site P&L responsibilities. 4. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Gemba, and visual management. 5. Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred. 6. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams. 7.
