Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 7050 GALL BLVD City: ZEPHYRHILLS State: Florida Postal Code: 33541 Job Description:
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and governing bodies' standards.
- Interacts and communicates with physicians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate departmental operations.
- Evaluates staff performance, provides counsel, and monitors staff morale.
- Manages daily operations of Imaging department.
- Oversees departmental budgets, including personnel, equipment, and operating expenses.
- Coordinates with HR for hiring, terminations, and posting positions using appropriate software.
- Collaborates with the Radiation Safety Committee and Radiation Safety Officer on radiation safety needs and inspections. Participates in Patient Experience and Performance Improvement projects for clinical areas.
- Maintains policies and procedures for all modalities of Diagnostic Services.
- Reconciles patient accounts in a timely manner. Gathers data and participates in quality assurance and improvement plans, reporting metrics quarterly.
- Directs marketing activities for Medical Imaging services in collaboration with the Medical Director and hospital Marketing Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Field of Study:
- In Radiology, Health Care Administration or related field
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of leadership experience [Required]
- 7+ years experience in Radiology, Health Care Administration or related field [Required]

Pay Range:
$92,227.20 - $171,537.60 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
