Complete routine audits, checklists, and inspections to ensure the group home remains licensing-ready at all times. 7. Oversee medical appointment coordination, accompany individuals to appointments, and ensure all medical documentation is submitted within required timeframes. 8. A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed. 2. High school diploma or GED (required). 3. DSP experience (3 years preferred) with knowledge of supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities 4. An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you. 5. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 6.
