Overview

At Colliers Engineering & Design, leadership extends beyond managing operations. As our Regional Discipline Leader for the state of Pennsylvania, you will help shape the direction and success of the Civil/Site discipline across the region, providing guidance to Geographic Discipline Leaders while driving collaboration, growth, and operational excellence. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for regional performance, client satisfaction, business development, staff development, and overall quality of service delivery.

Working across offices and teams, you'll play a key role in developing talent, aligning resources, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the discipline. The ideal candidate is a proven industry leader with strong strategic vision, a collaborative leadership style, professional licensure, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. This position can be located in any of our following offices: Lehigh Valley, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Exton, PA, or Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, managerial direction and guidance for the region to achieve established goals.

  • Directs overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work.

  • Responsible for discipline marketing and business development.

  • Actively involved in the cross selling of all company services.

  • Responsible for billings and collections.

  • Responsible for regional financial performance.

  • Works with the geographic discipline leaders on resource sharing and staffing needs.

  • Responsible for regional training, staff development and advancement.

  • Monitor staff utilization regularly and take corrective action if necessary.

  • Complies with and ensures others compliance with all CED policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Health and Safety Program.

  • Travels (via car or airplane) regularly to the various regions and offices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • 15+ Years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in the industry.

  • Professional licensure in area of expertise.

  • Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees.

  • Strategic thinking.

  • Effective delegation skills.

  • Collaboration.

  • Ability to hold others accountable.

  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
