• Demonstration Excellence: Lead and deliver highly tailored, compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly articulate Lyra's unique value proposition and clinical model.
• RFP & Proposal Contribution: Own the technical response section for RFPs and proposals, ensuring accuracy, strategic positioning, and a compelling narrative against competitors.
• Technical Value Strategy: Support Partnerships (Sales) in refining and executing account strategies, ensuring the technical solution and value proposition align perfectly with the client’s business objectives and benefits infrastructure
• Implementation Support and Handoff: Participate in the implementation process serving as the product expert documenting all technical requirements and setting clear client expectations for the Implementation and Customer Success teams.
• Operational Alignment: Work closely with all aspects of operations stakeholders to ensure alignment, perfect processes and identify areas of efficiency. This will include channel partner collaboration and help establish best practices and operational efficiency.
• Product Liaison: Collect and synthesize market feedback, competitive intelligence, and client needs from the field and relay them to the Product/Engineering teams to influence Lyra’s product roadmap.
• Travel: Willingness to travel 15% - 30% of time.
• Sales Enablement Content: Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing to refine and create high-impact sales tools, technical content, and demonstration scripts that clearly articulate Lyra's differentiators (e.g., clinical model, integration capabilities, HIPAA compliance).
Qualifications
• Behavioral Health Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Behavioral Health or Health Plan Operations Leader, ideally within the behavioral health , enterprise benefits, or healthcare technology sectors. Benefits consulting and/or clinical background preferred.
• Track Record: Proven track record of independently owning the technical sales cycle and consistently contributing to the closure of complex enterprise deals.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the employer benefits landscape, particularly behavioral health, employee benefits, health plans, HR technology, benefits administration systems, and the technical and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA) of large employers.
• Consultative Approach: Highly consultative and strategic, with the ability to move beyond feature/function demonstrations to design comprehensive solutions that meet a client's business objectives and technical constraints.
• Exceptional Communicator: Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and clinical concepts to diverse audiences, from benefits administrators to technical architects and C-suite executives.
• Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for Lyra's mission and a commitment to improving access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
