You Are:

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to lead complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for our healthcare clients. You are a proven delivery leader who combines strong health payer industry knowledge, technology fluency, and executive-level client leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You have a track record of leading large, cross-functional teams through complex transformations, from strategy and mobilization through implementation, go-live, and optimization.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, resolving complex business and technology challenges, and building trusted relationships with senior client executives.

As an Accenture Senior Manager, you will also play an important role in developing our people, growing our practice, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to create additional value for our clients.

The Work:

Depending on the client engagement, you will collaborate with Accenture teams, technology partners, and client stakeholders to:

  • Lead complex, large-scale technology programs, with accountability for high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery and achievement of client outcomes.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, providing clear perspectives on program status, strategic priorities, key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Lead cross-functional Accenture, client, and technology partner teams across the full delivery lifecycle, including globally distributed onshore and offshore teams.

  • Translate business objectives and technology strategy into actionable program plans, establishing clear governance, accountability, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, and escalations, working across organizational boundaries to maintain delivery momentum.

  • Apply knowledge of technology, architecture, applications, data, cloud, and emerging technologies to inform program decisions and connect technology delivery to business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance, processes, quality, and client value, bringing structure and discipline to complex transformation environments.

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, creating an inclusive environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Establish and maintain strong communication, governance, and dependencies across client stakeholders, Accenture leadership, delivery teams, and technology partners.

  • Contribute to practice and business growth by identifying emerging client needs, shaping opportunities, and bringing relevant Accenture capabilities and perspectives to clients.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex technology programs, including multiple large-scale, full-lifecycle implementations from mobilization through go-live and post-deployment optimization.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare payer and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, with knowledge of core payer processes such as claims, enrollment and eligibility, benefits, and provider data management.

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience engaging and influencing senior client business and technology leaders, including communicating program strategy, delivery status, risks, issues, and recommendations.

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and applying technology expertise, including Agile/Scrum delivery methods, to achieve business and program outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience leading cloud, data, AI, application modernization, platform transformation, or other large-scale technology modernization programs.

  • You have certifications or demonstrated experience with major cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

  • You have demonstrated experience applying generative AI and AI-enabled tools within technology delivery or business transformation.

  • You have a PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar program/project delivery certification.

  • You have experience helping shape new client opportunities, proposals, or follow-on transformation work.
