Baptist Health Rehab Services provides a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for all ages. Our therapists and assistants are trained in treating neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, lymphedema, pediatrics, industrial medicine, swallowing, and speech and language disorders.
Physical Therapist Coordinator

Job Description:
The Team Coordinator is responsible for advancing the team's quality of care, through in servicing,mentoring, and coordination of performance improvement projects.
The physical therapist shall evaluateand treat patients, develop a treatment plan, and set goals for patients. Patient and family education isincluded in the treatment plan and goals.
The PT will complete documentation according to applicablenational and state regulations as well as hospital and departmental policies.
The therapist will assist withthe education of affiliating students, the PT staff, hospital staff, and the community at large.
The therapistwill appropriately delegate to and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
The therapist willparticipate in departmental performance improvement implementation.
The therapist must demonstrateprofessional care appropriately and meet the needs of the patients with impaired mental abilities, vision,hearing, or mobility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy
Two Years experience
Current License by the Ky Board of Physical Therapy
BLS within 30 days of hire
