Full job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Document Scanner Associate onsite opportunity in Irving, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Insurance Company provides comprehensive title insurance protection and professional settlement services for homebuyers and sellers, real estate agents and brokers, mortgage lenders, commercial property professionals, homebuilders and developers, title agencies and legal professionals. Responsibilities for Document Scanner include but are not limited to:

  • Operate an IBML machine to process multiple document scanning jobs according to daily production schedules.

  • Set up and run different job types, including selecting the correct job profile, batch requirements, and processing instructions.

  • Prepare documents for machine processing, including sorting, batching, removing staples or clips, aligning pages, and checking document condition.

  • Load documents into the IBML machine and monitor feeding, scanning, sorting, and output during production.

  • Identify and resolve basic machine issues such as jams, misfeeds, double feeds, or poor image quality.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure documents are processed accurately and completely.

  • Maintain accurate batch counts, job logs, production records, and exception documentation.

  • Separate, organize, and stage completed work according to job requirements.

  • Escalate machine issues, job discrepancies, or quality concerns to the supervisor or lead.

  • Follow all company procedures related to document handling, confidentiality, data security, and quality control.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Assist with other production or document processing duties as assigned.

Candidates for Document Scanner must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in document scanning, mailroom, production, warehouse, print operations, or machine operation preferred.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and switch between multiple job requirements.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with production systems or job tracking tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive documents.

  • Familiarity with batching, indexing, imaging, quality control, or production tracking.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
