Full job description
Description
Amazon is building the future of e-commerce for high-consideration, high-value selection — and we need a world-class product leader to define and launch a brand-new shopping experience that will delight millions of customers worldwide. As a Principal Product Manager - Tech on the WW FBA High ASP team, you will own an innovative new product end-to-end, from vision through global launch, transforming how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase critical, high-priced products fulfilled by Amazon. This is a rare opportunity to build something from scratch at massive scale — leveraging AI and machine learning to create a more immersive, compelling, and trustworthy customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
-
Define the product vision and strategy for a new customer experience that transforms how customers shop for high-value selection on FBA
-
Serve as the worldwide single-threaded leader for this product — setting the bar for what great looks like and rallying cross-functional teams across NA, EU, and emerging marketplaces to deliver
-
Build and defend the business case, using data, customer insights, and experimentation to drive investment decisions
-
Drive technical requirements and own the global roadmap, partnering with engineering, design, and science teams to build a world-class, scalable experience
-
Leverage and build AI/ML-powered tools and capabilities to enhance the customer experience, accelerate experimentation, and drive operational efficiency
-
Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate rapidly toward product-market fit
-
Present strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership, including Amazon's S-team, influencing company-wide priorities
-
Partner with stakeholders around the world to align on priorities, remove blockers, and ensure a successful global launch.
About you: You are an entrepreneurial builder who thrives in ambiguity. You combine deep customer empathy with sharp analytical skills and the technical fluency to partner effectively with engineers. You've launched 0-to-1 products before and know how to navigate a large organization to get big things done. You communicate with clarity and conviction at every level, from engineers to executives.
About the team
The WW FBA Growth Segments team identifies and invests in high-potential product segments to accelerate FBA's growth worldwide. Within this team, the High-ASP (Average Selling Price) organization focuses on products priced above $50 — a critical and fast-growing segment spanning electronics, furniture, luxury goods, and more. The High-ASP team builds tailored programs, tools, and customer experiences that address the unique challenges of selling and buying high-value selection through FBA, driving both seller adoption and customer trust at scale across global marketplaces.
