You should be someone who is passionate about their career, has strong HR and payroll experience/program exposure, strong people-relations engagement and willingness to bring your expertise to the WorldLink team. This is an individal contributor role - an HR subject matter expert (SME) who is hands-on, willing and desires to support all areas of operations not just human resources. Role and Responsibilities: Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications. Onboarding of new employees, benefits administration, HR and payroll program management and compliance. Prepare and maintain various reports for different departments and clients. Ensure compliance with corporate policies. Follow-up activities for multiple workstreams including accounting, payroll, legal, recruiting and HR. Create and maintain vendor management processes and databases. Work closely with operational departments to identify and evaluate the quality of different data sources used for key result/metric calculations and performance analysis. Review reports to ensure they meet predefined policies and guidelines. Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.[]{style="font-size: "}
