Electrical Superintendents: (2)

will not have to perform any work- lead up to 50 electricians, push work with the schedules at hand, work hand in hand with Edwards/Nabco PM's- will have to keep an eye on inventory of material but will not be the one ordering any of it

will need to phone and in person interview with Braden onsite eventually- need legit resume- Nabco or Edwards will want to hire

$150 per day worked when scheduled 5×10s

$150 per day for 7 days when working 6 days

Work will eventually transition to interior of the data center

Completion of Yates Nabholz online safety orientation required

Take a photo of the completion screen for onsite safety orientation

Traveling Electrical Superintendent – Data Center Construction
Employment Type: Traveling / Per Diem
Reports To: Project Manager / Operations Manager
Pay Rate: $55/hr | Bill Rate: $85/hr
Key Responsibilities

Push work and manage daily production schedules

Supervise electrical crews/foremen on-site — manning, scheduling, productivity

Liaise between our field team and GC/client reps (Nabco, Edwards, etc.)

Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and logistics

Report project status and needs directly to PM/ops

Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
-
Resolve field-level conflicts before escalation

Read electrical drawings/specs to direct crews (non-working role)
Requirements
-
5+ years electrical construction experience, with prior Superintendent or lead foreman experience

Data center project experience required

Experience managing crews of [insert size] electricians

Strong communication skills for direct GC/client liaison

Ability to read electrical blueprints and specs

OSHA 10/30 certification

100% travel required

Valid driver's license
