Overview Under the direction of the Manager/Case Manager, this position is responsible for scheduling all licensed staff members and Home Health Technicians on a daily basis. according to patient needs and geographic location. Consults with manager to assure equal distribution of visits among field staff to achieve maximum cost effectiveness. Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)

Assigns all cases to licensed staff and home health technicians.

Maintains weekly, daily, and weekend schedules for all staff.

Communicates schedule changes to staff and patients.

Participates in problem solving and conflict management related to schedule changes and needs.

Prepares information and SOC packet for admitting discipline.

Prepares information packets for all other disciplines assigned to case.
Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize work and work independently and with a team.

Ability to communicate effectively with multiple team members.

Ability to resolve minor scheduling conflicts.

Ability to provide courteous, professional and a positive attitude and to be respectful of others.
EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required

1 Healthcare/Medical - Home Care Required
