Job Description
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
POSITION: Full Time ABA Clinic BCBA
SCHEDULE/ HOURS: 8AM-4PM, 8:30AM-4:30PM, OR 9AM-5PM (40 HOURS/WEEK)

HOW YOU CAN KEEP US ANCHORED:
Job Duties
Provide direct ABA services to clients in individual and group settings.
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Write, update, and maintain client programs, treatment materials, and documentation.
Supervise ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCaBAs to ensure quality service delivery and BACB compliance.
Monitor client progress, collect and analyze data, and maintain accurate records using ABA software (e.g., Rethink) and Microsoft Office.
Lead monthly progress meetings with families/guardians and communicate client updates with supervisors.
Ensure client safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
Participate in ongoing professional development and complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge of:
ABA principles, behavioral intervention strategies, and learning theories.
BACB ethics, applicable laws, and developmental disabilities.
Microsoft Office and ABA data collection software.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Skills & Abilities:
Assess behavior, make sound clinical decisions, and respond effectively in crisis situations.
Manage challenging behaviors, including aggression and self-injury.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare clear reports.
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members.
Provide quality supervision and maintain a safe, supportive treatment environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field preferred.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a BCBA with children and/or adolescents exhibiting aggressive behaviors and other developmental or special needs.
Basic technology skills with access to a computer or mobile device to complete job responsibilities.
Additional Job Requirements
Successfully complete all required pre-employment and onboarding training, including:
New Staff Orientation
First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (and renew as required)
Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Training
HIPAA/HITECH/FERPA Training
Any additional agency-required trainings
Other Requirements
Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal background check.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
Satisfactory professional reference checks.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
