💼 What You'll Be Doing

⚖️ Represent creditors, lenders, businesses, and financial institutions in a variety of matters

📑 Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, contracts, and leases

🔍 Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

🤝 Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements

🏛️ Participate in hearings, trials, depositions, and court appearances

📈 Manage a diverse caseload while providing regular updates to senior attorneys

💡 Assist businesses with commercial transactions and corporate matters

🏦 Representative Matters May Include:

• Bankruptcy proceedings

• Creditors' rights litigation

• Commercial collections

• Foreclosures

• Secured and unsecured claims

• Recovery of collateral and personal property

• Commercial lending disputes

• Subrogation matters

• Business and corporate transactions

• Contract review and negotiation

Requirements

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ J.D. from an accredited law school

✔ Active South Carolina Bar license

✔ 1+ years of experience preferred

✔ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

✔ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

✔ Self-starter who takes ownership of their work

✔ Exceptional communication and client service skills

✔ Adaptable, hardworking, and eager to learn

✔ Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed
