  • Support validation activities for microphones, speakers, and related audio hardware.
  • Collaborate with DSP, software, systems, and validation teams to support overall program objectives.
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings.
  • Assist engineering teams with audio quality investigations and performance assessments.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or acoustics engineering.
  • Strong experience performing acoustic measurements and audio validation activities.
  • Hands-on experience with HEAD Acoustics tools.
  • Experience with vehicle-level and laboratory audio testing.
  • Knowledge of telephony systems and voice quality evaluation.
  • Experience testing and validating microphones and speakers.
  • Proficiency with Python for developing or modifying test automation scripts.
  • Experience with ACQUA Audio Quality Analyzer.
  • Familiarity with Listen, LMS, MLSSA, or similar acoustics measurement platforms.
  • Exposure to Digital Signal Processing (DSP) concepts.
  • Automotive audio system development or validation experience. Experience with infotainment or in-vehicle audio systems.
