Handyman / Service Tech

Date posted: June 17, 2026 Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Job description: Position Overview Keystone Bingo Supply is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Handyman / Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ticket redemption machines, arcade games, amusement equipment, and related entertainment products located at customer sites. In addition to field service work, this role will assist with general maintenance and handyman projects at our company offices, warehouse, and other company facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable performing a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities 8am - 5pm Equipment Service & Repair 1. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ticket redemption machines, arcade games, and amusement equipment. 2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. 3. Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime. 4. Replace worn or damaged parts and components. 5. Complete service calls and repairs in a timely and professional manner. 6. Maintain accurate service records and work orders. 7. Respond to emergency service calls and after-hours issues when required. 8. Load, unload, transport, and install equipment at customer locations. Handyman & Facility Maintenance 1. Perform general maintenance and repair work at company offices, warehouses, and facilities. 2. Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and building repair projects. 3. Assist with office renovations, equipment installations, and facility improvements. 4. Perform routine inspections of company property and identify maintenance needs. 5. Property maintenance includes mowing, weeding, weed whacking, edging, spraying weed killer and other chemicals. 6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, storage spaces, and maintenance equipment. 7. Assist with moving equipment, shelving, furniture, and other facility-related projects. Qualifications Required 1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 2. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. 3. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. 4. Ability to perform general handyman and maintenance tasks. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. 6. Strong customer service and communication skills. 7. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments. 8. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred 1. Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, field service technician, arcade technician, vending technician, or similar role. 2. Basic electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting experience. 3. General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance. 4. Experience working with amusement, gaming, vending, redemption, or entertainment equipment. Physical Requirements 1. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds. 2. Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces when necessary. 3. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. 4.
