JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ready to make manufacturing better, faster, and more efficient? Westphal Staffing is partnering with a well-established Central Wisconsin manufacturer seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team! In this role, you'll help improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, develop processes for new product introductions, and lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also work with tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment improvements to help keep production running at its best. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field 35 years of manufacturing experience Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes Experience with leadership and continuous improvement Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and making an impact on the manufacturing floor, we'd love to talk with you!
