Job Description
This individual will support the post-production process of 3D-printed components used in a highly quality-driven manufacturing environment. Daily responsibilities include unpacking printed parts, performing sandblasting operations, operating vapor smoothing equipment, and completing dyeing processes while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of following established procedures with minimal oversight. This role requires strong communication skills, accountability, and an understanding that mistakes can directly impact production timelines and end-user outcomes.
Skills and Requirements
-Experience following detailed procedures and documented work instructions with high accuracy -Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality concerns before final processing -Demonstrated reliability with strong attendance and punctuality record -Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality standards -Ability to stand, move, and work throughout a full production shift in a manufacturing setting -Strong problem-solving aptitude and willingness to learn technical processes; prior 3D printing experience is not required -1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or industrial environment
