Senior Architect, Network

Client Management (20%): Working with client leadership team to help them in managing, identifying their gaps and solving the problems by consulting-oriented approach. Act as a SPOC/first point of contact for the customers and ensure the problem is mitigated. Initiate various security audits for the customers and ensure the high priority issues are getting fixed. Responsible for service delivery starting from planning, Proof of concept, solution, resourcing, designing and implementation and ensuring all the engineers and architects are working as per the requirement. Global Resource & Revenue Management (20%): Managing resources globally Ensure all these resources are billed to various projects. Identifying the potential candidates with respect to customer requirement and hiring them in various geographical locations as required. Responsible for their performance appraisals and growth track by enabling them to cross skill, up their knowledge by providing various training. Enable them to next level by providing them with periodic feedback based on their identified gaps. Solution Preparation & Design& Implementation (60%): Gathering the requirements from the customer, works internally with Architects, SMEs, and account specific engineers to design the solution. Work with presales to define the implementation service and management cost for the customer requirement. Define the success criteria as per the requirement to set up the proof of concepts on various technologies. Ensure all the test cases are verified as per the customer requirement. Work with Architects and Engineers for the High-level design and Low-level design along with various customer stakeholders. Rollout and testing strategies along with Rollback strategies in case of failure. Gather the requirements of customers, identify the current missing functionalities in their existing products, work with OEM and provide them with functional requirements for the large-scale customer. Must have a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field plus two (2) years of IT experience. Two (2) years of IT experience must include experience in Palo Alto Firewall or Managed Engine. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience. Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with Palo Alto firewall or Managed Engine. We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
