Job Summary
This position leads the segment marketing function, serving as a strategic advisor to broker sales leadership and a key partner to Enterprise Marketing leaders.
This role is accountable for translating enterprise growth strategies into market-specific marketing plans that drive enrollment, strengthen broker relationships, and improve business performance across multiple geographic markets.
This role oversees a team providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure consistent execution of high-impact marketing programs. This leader drives strategic planning, marketing investment decisions, performance optimization, and cross-functional alignment while influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
The role leverages deep market expertise, customer insights, and business analytics to identify opportunities, shape marketing strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii .

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$112,200.00 - $202,600.00
