Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of professional, administrative, customer service, and operational positions. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage.

• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.

• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems.

• Support onboarding and pre-employment activities as needed.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience.

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
