The Construction Manager will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of electrical construction projects. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of project operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and company leadership while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Travel & Project Assignment: You can live in any city or state in the continental United States. This is a traveling position encompassing work sites primarily in the Midwest, but may include Eastern and Western states. Must be capable of up to 75% travel (e.g. 3 weeks per month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing.
