The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, and five to ten years of similar work experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment. ::: ### Typical responsibilities include: ::: {qa="posting-requirements"} - Design various site development projects including commercial, institutional, and residential plans and analysis. - Prepare design reports and construction plans using client, local, state, or other applicable standards. - Coordinate preparation of specifications and permit submittals. - Prepare preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities. - Document design changes and communications. - Conduct on-site observations as needed. - Prepare project status and other reports. - Assist in the preparation of proposals. - Assist Project Managers as needed. - Attend client, public, project, and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, preconstruction, etc. - Attend seminars and/or training classes. - Maintain excellent client relations. - Maintain a safe working environment. ::: ### Education: ::: {qa="posting-requirements"} - Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required - Fundamentals of Engineering and ability to test for PE preferred ::: ### Skills/Experience: ::: {qa="posting-requirements"} - 5-10 years of experience is required. - Experience with AutoDesk Civil 3D is preferred. - Experience with Engineering based programs (GasCalc, Pipeline Toolbox, BoreAid, and other similiar engineering software) is preferred. ::: ::: {qa="closing-description"} ### About Wade Trim: Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investm :::
