$85,000 annual salary range

Job Summary

FamilyWise is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Professional Children’s Mental Health Director to lead and oversee FamilyWise’s internationally credentialed MiiWrap program. MiiWrap is a model that supports children, youth, and young adults who struggle with significant mental health challenges, which make them at risk for out of home placement. The ideal candidate holds independent clinical licensure as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) or LP (Licensed Psychologist).

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

Complete Diagnostic Assessments to verify eligibility for Wrap youth as needed.

Provide clinical supervision of the Wrap staff in adherence with targeted case management expectations.

Assist in the development of clinical practice and quality assurance policies and procedures.

Participate in training, credentialing, and the evaluation process for MiiWrap Coaching.

Design and implement group coaching for staff based on phases and activities of Wraparound.

Credential new facilitators and assist with onboarding.

Provide ongoing coaching on site with staff as well as in the community during visits and meetings.

Maintain competencies in contract-required Wraparound models to effectively supervise, coach, and train staff.

Organizational Leadership

Supervise the Wraparound Coordinator to ensure the smooth functioning of clinical services, including quality services, case assignments, record keeping, program reporting and billing.

Build and maintain relationships with county partners and community organizations to promote and market program visibility and increase referrals.

Plan and evaluate process improvement plans for the department.

What You Bring

Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology or a related clinical field.

Current Minnesota independent clinical licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP.

Current Board-Approved Supervisor status, or the ability to obtain it promptly.

Minimum of two years of professional experience in management or supervising staff.

Experience working in a nonprofit setting preferred.

Experience with evidence-based practices, the Wraparound model, or teaching curriculum preferred.

A willingness to learn a variety of tasks and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge and experience working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing poverty.

Strong skills in conflict management.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The ability to maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and the public while exercising appropriate judgment regarding scope of authority.

Willingness to complete credentialing as a MiiWrap Coach.

A valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to meet FamilyWise’s driving record requirements.
