Cycle Count Warehouse Support

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Count Warehouse Support team member to join a manufacturing team in California. This contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys organized, hands-on work in a warehouse setting and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory records. The position focuses on handling small components, supporting stock organization, and helping ensure materials are properly tracked and stored.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and place small parts into designated storage locations while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

• Open and sort palletized shipments so materials can be processed efficiently and prepared for stocking.

• Compare carton labels against shipping paperwork to confirm product information and identify any discrepancies.

• Enter and update inventory details in Epicor to help keep stock records accurate and current.

• Assist with cycle count activities by verifying quantities and reporting mismatches for follow-up.

• Support daily warehouse operations related to inventory handling, packing documentation, and material movement.

• Handle items carefully during stocking and counting tasks to reduce errors and protect product quality. Requirements • Previous exposure to warehouse, mailroom, shipping, logistics, or similar operational work is preferred.

• Candidates with retail experience will also be considered if they bring strong organization and accuracy skills.

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

• Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to repetitive inventory tasks.

• Comfort working in a warehouse environment on a regular basis.

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed during the workday.
