House Cleaning Specialist --- Maintenance Team House Cleaning Specialist --- Residential Maintenance Team MONDAY--FRIDAY | NO NIGHTS | NO WEEKENDS | WEEKLY PAY Do you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of your hard work? Swept Away is hiring dependable, detail-oriented House Cleaning Specialists for our residential maintenance cleaning teams. Our Maintenance Cleaning Specialists provide professional, recurring cleaning services to established residential clients. This position is all about consistency, efficiency, teamwork, and delivering the same excellent results every visit. Job Responsibilities - Perform professional recurring residential cleaning services. - Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas. - Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and complete assigned cleaning tasks. - Follow established maintenance cleaning checklists. - Maintain consistent quality and productivity standards. - Work efficiently with assigned cleaning partners. - Respect client homes, belongings, and privacy. - Properly use and care for cleaning equipment and supplies. - Communicate professionally with teammates, clients, and office staff. - Complete assigned work within established scheduling guidelines. Requirements - Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. - Reliable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to maintain a consistent, productive cleaning pace. - Positive attitude and team-player mentality. - Ability to follow directions and company procedures. - Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback. - Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. - Comfortable performing physically active work. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Ability to pass background and drug screening. - Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
