Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager. Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire Duration: 3 months Location: Englewood CO 80112 (Onsite) As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will: - Review historical spending and purchases to develop new category strategies - Identify process improvement opportunities in sourcing & supplier interactions - Build and execute negotiation strategies & develop award recommendations - Evaluate current suppliers & advise stakeholders on new and existing contracts - Own sourcing events end to end; develop, manage & document requirements process - Develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations - Draft contract language and work with business units to define requirements - Identify, analyze, & mitigate contractual risk - Provide support in vendor relationship management, escalation, & dispute resolution The ideal candidate will have : - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college. - 8-10 years of relevant management experience in the area of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis. - Demonstrated results and value realization from sourcing activities. - Procurement and/or Supply Chain related professional certification preferred. - Results-oriented mentality with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
