Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to execute within the XR/AR space for a high level enterprise portfolio. This individual will: -Perform system-level bring-up, integration and debug across hardware and software components. -Develop and maintain system test plans for glasses and accessory critical user journeys. -Triage cross-component regressions and drive root cause with firmware, P&P and platform engineers. -Instrument logging and support telemetry used for performance and regression analysis. -Profile and analyze MCU and system behavior; support headroom and power analysis. -Build tooling to automate measurement and regression detection.

This role can pay between $70-85 depending on skillset and years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ years in systems, platform, or integration engineering on embedded or consumer devices -Hands-on hardware debug — JTAG, oscilloscope, power measurement. -C/C++ and Python. -Strong regression triage and data analysis skills. -Wearables, XR/AR, or mobile device experience. -Power/performance characterization experience. -Telemetry and dashboarding tools.
