Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing

How You’ll Make a Difference You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. Your responsibilities may include: * Completing patient assessments * Providing wound care * Administering medications * Providing IV infusions * Developing and implementing care plans * Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition * Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team * Traveling between patient visits You’ll have flexibility in coordinating visits based on your availability and patient needs. We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, so NO OASIS! You can focus on patient care without the additional OASIS documentation.
