Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Skilled Home Health Make a meaningful impact through skilled nursing care. How You’ll Make a Difference As a skilled RN, you’ll provide a variety of services based on each patient’s individual needs and plan of care, including: * Skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes * Patient assessments/admissions Wound care * Medication administration * IV infusions * Communication with patients, families, physicians, and the care team * Accurate and timely clinical documentation * NO OASIS You’ll coordinate visits directly with patients and manage your schedule while working independently in the field. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety, autonomy, and providing personalized care in a home health setting.
