Do you want to build the closed-loop platform that measures agentic AI quality and automatically improves it, alongside a team of innovative developers and scientists?

As a Sr. SDE on this team, you will design and build these systems end to end and partner closely with scientists to turn new science into capabilities customers can rely on. You will drive technical vision, influence product direction, and raise the engineering bar across the organization. You will be responsible for leading the team in building and maintaining capabilities within our best-in-class Agentic AI offering, as well as scaling those systems to support our customers' workflow orchestration automation needs.

We have a rapidly growing customer base and an exciting charter in front of us that includes solving highly complex engineering and algorithmic problems. We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineers to join us to innovate on this new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud. The position represents a rare opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing business soon after launch and help shape the technology and product as we grow. You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation customer resolution platform and get the opportunity to design and deliver scalable resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience

• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
