Uphold compliance with client standards, NESC, IEEE, NEC, and regional utility requirements

Maintain a Quality Management framework aligned with the Divisional QMS

Own operational KPIs, including Direct Labor Multiplier, gross margin, utilization, profitability, and margin trends

Contribute to annual budget planning and quarterly financial reviews and produce accurate revenue forecasts and backlog reporting

Lead recovery strategies for distressed projects

Manage delivery and technical risk across all active projects, steering decisions away from unnecessary high-risk exposure

Align staffing plans with backlog and workload, balancing resources across offices to maximize efficiency

Set clear performance metrics and foster accountability within delivery teams

Build performance dashboards tracking schedule, cost, and margin

Scale operational systems to support sustainable growth without margin erosion

5+ years of progressive management experience leading technical teams and multi-discipline projects

Proficiency in standards such as IEEE C37, NERC PRC, IEC 61850, NETA, and ISO 9001

Working knowledge of SCADA, substation automation, PLCs, and EMS/DMS integration

Proven ability to develop and enforce quality procedures, commissioning checklists, and technical acceptance criteria

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as SEL AcSELerator, Doble, Aspen OneLiner, and ETAP

Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a strong customer focus, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences
